APUSH 
We will begin Period VII (1890-1945) this week, starting with Progressives. There is a project to introduce and vocabulary to study. Find Vocabulary under Progressivism tab (1-45). Vocabulary Quiz Friday, 2-3. Begin reading at Chapter 28

US History
We will finish Unit 8 early this week. Notebook check Monday, Test Tuesday, RAFTS Project due Wednesday. We will begin February by studying Black History in America. Vocabulary below, Quiz Friday.

Weekly Post 1-23

APUSH
We will finish Period VI this week by discussing the beginning of US imperialism. We have a Reading Quiz today and our first test Friday, 1-27. Also, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee homework is due for a minor grade.

US History
We will finish Unit 8 notes this week for a test next Tuesday January 31st. We will have a vocabulary quiz and notebook check Friday, 1-27.

APUSH
We will continue Period VI this week, including political cartoon analysis and a study of "how the other half live." We have Ch 23-24 Reading Quiz Thursday and Period VI People Vocabulary Quiz Friday. Also, make sure winter homework, APUSH contract, and Gospel of Wealth Analysis have been turned in.

US History
We will finish and test on GPS SSUSH 11 this week. We have a vocabulary quiz and notebook check Thursday and a Multiple Choice Test Friday. The unit project (RAFTS) will be due Tuesday, January 17.

Weekly Post 1-2

APUSH
We will begin Period VI 1865-1898. Contracts Due January 6. Begin reading textbook Ch 23-24 for a Reading Quiz Thursday, January 12. The first vocabulary quiz is Friday, January 13.

US HISTORY
We will review themes from first semester including high-level questioning, vocabulary, and academic organization. We will then begin Unit 6. Remember the importance of doing well early.
